Fosters Confidence and Love for the Hindi Language
The Department of Hindi at Lala Kamlapat Singhania Education Centre, Jhalawar, successfully organised a Hindi Poem Recitation Competition for the students of Class II on 11 July 2026. The competition aimed to develop students' confidence, enhance their pronunciation and expression, and instil a deep appreciation for the richness of the Hindi language. The programme commenced with the lighting of the ceremonial lamp before Goddess Saraswati by Shri Niranjan Sharma, Head of the Department of Hindi, invoking the blessings of the Goddess of Knowledge. The competition witnessed enthusiastic participation from the students of Class II, who captivated the audience with their expressive recitations, confident stage presence, and impressive memorisation skills. Their performances reflected clarity of speech, effective voice modulation, and enthusiasm, making the event both engaging and inspiring. The competition was judged by Mrs. Namitha Singh and Mrs. Vinita Kasera, who evaluated the participants on the basis of pronunciation, expression, confidence, voice modulation, memorisation, and overall presentation. The event was efficiently coordinated by Mrs. Tapsi Das, who ensured the smooth conduct of the programme and concluded the event with a heartfelt vote of thanks.

The Department of English at Lala Kamlapat Singhania Education Centre, Jhalawar, successfully organised an intellectually stimulating Panel Discussion Competition for the Middle Group on the thought-provoking topic, "Artificial Intelligence versus Conventional Learning: Which is Better?" The competition witnessed a mind-boggling exchange of ideas as student panellists from all four cultural houses—Subhash House, Tagore House, Ashoka House, and Raman House—presented well-researched arguments, logical reasoning, and insightful perspectives. The discussion reflected the participants' confidence, analytical thinking, and effective communication skills, making the event both engaging and enlightening. The session was expertly moderated by Mr. Ajay Varghese, who steered the discussion with remarkable professionalism and ensured a balanced exchange of views.
The programme was chaired by Mr. Piyush Mathur, Officiating Principal, who applauded the participants for their excellent preparation, confident presentation, and ability to articulate diverse viewpoints on a contemporary issue. He encouraged students to embrace technology while preserving the essence of conventional learning, emphasizing the importance of achieving a balanced approach to education. The competition was judged by Mrs. Laveena Sharma and Mrs. Smita Shringi, who evaluated the participants on the basis of content, clarity of expression, logical reasoning, confidence, and overall presentation. Gift of Sight, Gift of Life: Eye Donation Awareness Seminar at LKSEC
Lala Kamlapat Singhania Education Centre, Jhalawar, in collaboration with Shine India Foundation, successfully organized an Eye Donation Awareness Seminar to educate students about the importance of eye donation and encourage them to become responsible ambassadors of this noble cause. The programme commenced with a warm welcome of the guest, followed by a melodious welcome song presented by the students. The Officiating Principal, Mr. Piyush Mathur, formally welcomed the gathering and highlighted the importance of creating awareness about humanitarian causes through education. The seminar featured eminent ophthalmologist Dr. Kulwant Gaur as the Guest Speaker. Through an enlightening and interactive session, Dr. Gaur explained the significance of eye donation, addressed common myths and misconceptions, and emphasized how the gift of sight can transform the lives of visually impaired individuals. He encouraged students to spread awareness among their families and communities, inspiring them to contribute towards building a more compassionate and socially responsible society. The session witnessed enthusiastic participation from the students, who actively interacted with Dr. Gaur by asking thoughtful questions and expressing keen interest in the subject. Their curiosity and engagement reflected the success of the programme in sensitizing young minds to the importance of eye donation. As a token of gratitude and appreciation, a memento was presented to Dr. Kulwant Gaur in recognition of his valuable contribution to the awareness initiative.

International Day of Yoga Celebrated with Enthusiasm
The school celebrated the International Day of Yoga on June 21, 2026, with great enthusiasm and active participation from all staff members. A special yoga session was organized to promote physical fitness, mental well-being, and a healthy lifestyle. The session was conducted by Mrs. Nirmala Somani, District Coordinator, Yog Shiksha, Patanjali Peeth, Jhalawar. Addressing the participants, she highlighted the importance of incorporating yoga into daily life and encouraged everyone to adopt regular yoga practice for overall well-being.
As a token of appreciation for her valuable contribution, a memento was presented to Mrs. Somani by Mr. Piyush Mathur, Officiating Principal, on behalf of the school management.
